That's a misleading statement. There are 160,000 contractors. Mainly they do laundry, mechanic work, cook, things like that.
At best count there are 20,000 aremd contractors, but that number is kind of murky. BTW, Blackwater had some problems at first, but they really have cleaned up their vetting process.
