I didn't say it was a dev tool, Jochem. I said that it is the foundation for these dev tools, architectually. This per the press briefing at MAX.
I did expect someone here to tell me that CS3 is a design tool not a dev tool, but that is the category where they had it. I suspect they are thingking of ActionScript and what you can do with it. Maybe I should ask if I can get this graphic for the article, since this seems to be non-obvious.
