Ruck and hour with 35 pounds, twice a week (I liked Mondays and Thursdays),
run 4 miles 2 days, upper body smoke on day 5.

That's how I ran my guys, Thursdays would usually get ganked for some kind
of company pt.

Excellent. In four weeks, i am down only 6 pounds, but more importantly 
I am down 3% in body fat. I am doing a lot of weights and low impact 
aerobic exercise, so I don't expect as dramatic weight loss as I do 
losing body fat since I know I am replacing the fat with muscle, and we 
all know muscle weighs more than fat. Weight wise I really need to lose 
50 lbs, but that will never happen. I am more concerned with losing a 
total of 15% body fat to get me below the max that my frame is allowed.
