I still haven't gained a pound for the last three years :(

My trainer...of three years ago...:-\ said that for me to put on
weight I would need to 'force feed' myself, i.e. eat a certain amount
always even when I did not feel hungry.

Considering at best on a day to day basis I eat two meals a day...that
just hasn't happened :-|.

I'd like to gain about 10 to 20 pounds.
