Circular logic. The statement by Lott was the Clinton "did nothing". I stated that Bush had nine months to cure any lapses, i.e. do something, the something that apparently the Republicans apparently feel Clinton didn't do. And as for what Bush could have done in 9 months, look at what has been done in the last 6, and tell me he didn't have enough time to take definitive action, or any action at all.
