And the answer is Armour with some great thyroid support supplements
(L-Tyrosine complex). I had to experiment with the supplements and figure
out a good combination that I felt actually made a difference. especially
chromium and Vitamin B Complex. Some of us don't get enough of these two and
depending on whether or not you do, you'd be surprised how taking them makes
a difference. And of course exercise and a good diet.

I mean it is wonderful to be blessed with a body that just metabolizes
everything properly and stay skinny as a rail with no work. And I am jealous
of those alien beings out there. I wish I didn't have to worry or read
labels, or run every week. As enjoyable as some of it is, there's days I
really just want to be a sloth, and I do sometimes. Especially Sundays. But
oh well. Such is life.
