I prefer Flickr for the simple reason that more of my friends use it than Picassa and I enjoy the social aspects of it, photos groups and whatnot. Same reason many/some of us use AIM for their primary instant messenger identity I presume, because so many people use it. I mean what other reason would you want to use an AOL product?
