I couldn't agree more with you on types of intelligence, but this last piece I'm going to part ways with you on. "getting the job done" can be cultural since there's no business absolute success measure. Using globally developed best practices increases your odds, but there's not guarantees. Put another way, an employer may choose not to hire you, even if you get the job done, because they don't think you'll fit into the culture and therefore you'll distract the team. In the past that might have meant you're black or a woman, but "fit" is still a valid reason not to hire someone. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Enterprise web applications, build robust, secure scalable apps today - Try it now ColdFusion Today ColdFusion 8 beta - Build next generation apps Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:245319 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
