Mmm...I don't know where my kitty goes or how far he roams, but I know he is more happy being out than in. So...if it's a risk him being out...at least he will be happies.
He doesn't seem to cause any trouble for neighbours etc. never had any reports of such. He just likes to sit and...watch things happen. Keeps his little kitty mind active I think. Ever so often the cute wittle moron brings in a rat or a mouse...alive though.
