>My wife never watched "Rome" and I was glued to it. I just watched the whole series through Netflix and boy, what a shame they only did 2 seasons, it was awesome! The DVDs have all kinds of great historical bits of info that you can view while watching the episodes, it's just such a pleasure to watch something that really tries to be very historically accurate...while still being extremely entertaining.
>She get's pissed at me: as I'm watching "Journeyman" I'll yell things like >"Lucius Vorenus won't take treatment like that!" LOL. I've been pleasantly surprised by Journeyman. While Heroes has gone downhill, it's definitely gone uphill. Sad to hear it might not have a second season. >(Did anybody catch the "Communicator" noise when Denny opened his phone on >the last episode... I laughed for minutes on end and my wife had no idea >what was going on.) Yup, laughed at that too. Love those inside jokes, I do like Boston Legal, it just so clearly doesn't take itself serious it's almost like watching a sitcom, but a bit more intelligent than most of those. I did record Tin Man but the first episode didn't engage me as much as I hoped so the other two days are still on my Tivo waiting to be watched. I do still enjoy long-running reality shows like Survivor and Amazing Race. A lot of the cooking shows I enjoy as well, Top Chef is actually pretty good, and the Food network Cooking Challenges are often pretty amazing to watch what people can make. They rerun these so much I don't usually worry about catching any new ones, but just watch them if I've bored and nothing else is on. ;-) Someone else mentioned watching poker...I do flip those on sometimes, but I've been playing a bit more online and find it very different in general than the championship level poker, so not sure how helpful it is to watch. Interestingly, I often play in girls-only games and the play is noticeably different than with playing with mostly guys. --- Mary Jo ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Get involved in the latest ColdFusion discussions, product development sharing, and articles on the Adobe Labs wiki. http://labs/adobe.com/wiki/index.php/ColdFusion_8 Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:247932 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
