I'm loving the hell out of Journeyman. I know a lot of people that
either didn't bother with it ("I saw it when it was Quantum Leap") or
gave up within the first 3 episodes. to be fair, the first 3 episodes
were very slowly paced. I'd have given up on it myself... except my
wife was into it (she's hot for the dude from Rome).
Very glad we stuck with it. After the 3rd ep it really just took off.
Every episode since then has been suspenseful and well written (IMO).
Last week it was "pre-empted" for Life, and I was pretty bummed.
Unfortunately, it's on the verge of being cancelled (I think too many
folks dropped it within those first 3 episodes). Good news is that
NBC has decided to air all existing episodes (at one point there was
the possibility that the final ep might not be aired). Doesn't look
good for a full season order tho, let alone a season 2.
I do like Pushing Daisies... but boy they (Chuck and the piemaker)
seem pretty cavalier being around each other. They get pretty close
considering what one touch will do. Freaks me the hell out. Like
when you see your kid standing on top of the monkey bars :)
