>Why the move to Nashvegas?

Mostly because I have a lot of family in l'ville area and want to be within a
quick drive to see a my nephews & nieces grow up and I have a brother in
alababma so I would be right between the two and I could go down and do fishing
tournaments with him. And for some weird reason I have just had this urge to go
there and i am a gypsy so I like to move somewhere new every few years and I am
a city boy and it's the best city around that area.

"The way I look at it. Everyone needs a good Lawyer, Doctor & Website Developer
"

So true!!! I moved back to CO because my buddy in real estate wanted me to come
back and get back into real estate and be a partner in his new firm, when I got
here I decided not to take it and it turned out to be a good decision. While I
see all my friends business hurting in our current economy I am appositely
thriving and they are all jealous:)

Usually this time of the year is a bit slow as my "small" customers usually
don't spend around the holidays but this year is just nuts. No matter how you
cut it.. in todays world everyone needs web work.

Someone eluded to the fact that they like having a guaranteed paycheck, etc...
While that is true, speaking for myself I get a GREAT deal of satisfaction
knowing that I BRING IN AND EARN EVERY SINGLE DOLLAR that I make and that I am
not dependent on someone else to make my money. If you are dependent on someone
else to make your money then that means that they are taking a big cut and I
would rather have the whole thing ;)~
