Not trying to be a killjoy on your lackadaisical approach to it or lecture - but - Just be careful, make sure your wife has at least read the side effects including research on the web, like perhaps the link I sent earlier and that you two have discussed it. If you're going to go against the advice of doctors who prescribe the drug, then be cognizant of the repercussions and take responsibility for it.
ESPECIALLY starting a BRAND NEW JOB that apparently has some great potential. Last thing you want to do is jeopardize that right? Because managing people is a sure fire path to getting aggravated at something, and if that is intensified because of the drug, well, need I say more? YMMV of course, but we do worry about you ...
