I never said it was easy.

The gum and drug solutions fascinate me, though.  It seems to me that people 
who use those methods are just substituting one addiction for something 
else.  If it helps, then good, but in my mind, it is just a crutch that 
prolongs things.  All addicts got by the first part of their life without 
any drugs.  All can get back to that if they really, really work at it.
