OK, so a few years ago I purchased a domain name called bayloronlinestore.com. The intent was to provide apparel on-line to Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, where I used to work. BUMC is in no way affiliated with Baylor University in Waco, Tx. Since the domain is parked at GoDaddy with no actual home page, GoDaddy decided to place some sponsored links on the site. So now Baylor University in Waco is asking me to transfer the name to them because this may be causing confusion to potential consumers wanting Baylor University crap, and something about cybersquatting. I informed them of the intent of the site and the fact that GoDaddy is placing those sponsored links, not me. So what are my options? Do I blow them off or take seriously their threat to sue me in 10 days if I don't relinquish the domain name?
