If you have no plans of using the domain ,tell them you will transfer the domain for $10, after you receive a certified letter from their attorney.
If they fall for it, I would get a joy knowing they probably spent a couple hundred dollars to get a domain transferred to them. WARNING! I am not a lawyer!
