I agree. I want to punch the smoker on the train platform yesterday in the nose.
If I could do that, I would be all for the freedom to let him smoke. It would then be his choice. To smoke and get punched, or not to smoke. His decision. Of course, given the mood of the crowd around him, there might have been a lynching instead. Smoking sucks. Many smokers suck.
