I do agree with you actually, I think that the line is in a different place for me about what constituted forcing someone to do something. In your view the government would be forcing people not to smoke. In my view, I am being forced to inhale other people's smoke. I know it's a difficult position to defend to say that I (and others, kids, employees, etc) am forced to inhale secondhand smoke since I could simply not enter the establishment, but that's not really practical if virtually every establishment in town allows smoking. I mean really, if we want to toss out the public health aspect altogether, I just don't like smoke. I know alot of people who don't like smoke, including smokers. To the extent that I have the ability to control my environment, I am going to do what I can to make the places I like to go smoke free. -Cameron ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;160198600;22374440;w Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:249629 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5
