>purchased "One". I scrolled down the purchase confirmation page and
>the "Customers who bought this song...." section caught my eye. Yeah,
>let's check out Megadeth! Click->Purchase....Hmmmm so Megadeth
>purchasers like My Chemical Romance, what a coincidence, so do I!
>Click->Purchase......hmmm, People with my purchasing habit's like Guns
>'N Roses....wow, look their greatest hits for $7.99
>Click->Purchase....

I was in a similar boat.

I spent the long weekend (since my family was visiting Grandma) cleaning up and
organizing my collection. I got it into my head to add album art to all the
tracks. I hit Amazon for a lot of it.

But hey! There's a "They Might Be Giants" album I don't have!

Well.. they are DRM-less MP3s... One click buy.

Oh - a new "Suzanne Vega" album! One click buy.

The "Orange Box" soundtrack for half the price of the CD? One click buy.

I think I spent close to a $100 over three days.

I'm also very happy about the tagging (I'm VERY, VERY anal about my tagging).
The album art is embedded, the track numbers are correct, etc. The only change
I make is to remove the track numbers from the filename (I don't like 'em
there!) and fix the "genre" (they had Suzanne Vega as "Classical").

I'm perfectly happy paying for music but I'd be happy enough paying for the
convienence of quality tagging (music "acquired" from other sources tends to be
a nightmare).

I think it's going to be a struggle to rein myself in.
