Interesting.  I just took a look at it but in my initial look I couldn't 
tell if it allows hot swapping of drives.  The thing I like about Drobo 
is, (from what I have seen) it doesn't require any UI to operate.  You 
literally just plug drives in and out willy nilly as needed and it 
dynamically handles rebuilding them.
