Bill 847 was partially in response to and in the same vein as bill 635

Title:* Recognizing the commencement of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of
fasting and spiritual renewal, and expressing respect to Muslims in the
United States and throughout the world on this occasion, and for other
purposes.

Both are targeting a specific religion and religious holiday. Bill 888 does
not target a specific religion in the title but is specific to Christianity
in its details. Problem is, this county WAS founded on religious principles
and that fact should be recognised - for good and ill.
This is atheism against history, not against religion.
