Hey Denny

Free ads in the Alibi and the Santa Fe Reporter. I have placed many
animals that way; remember I do rescue in a small way? Also craigslist
and freecycle (there are half a dozen groups in the area) and
SandiaPetcycle @yahoogroups. Also Humane Society if they have room and
Watermelon Ranch. There's also a pitbull rescue group In Las Vegas
(NM) that Stewart found for me when I was trying to place the pitbull
that ate my screen door. Fortunately I found someone for her before I
had to drive out there.

Bear in mind that there are a lot of people in the South Valley that
really *want* pit bulls. You have to talk to them to make sure they
want them for the right reasons, but people who do are out there.

I'd foster him -- this is exactly the kind of thing I was doing -- but
I am already several days behind with the move and he can't go to the
new place. I do know someone who might, if he needs to go immediately
and you can drive out to Moriarity.
