I do hope you'll check with the rescue groups in your area...but it does sound like he is going to be a tough sell for any of them. A dog that needs Rimadyl and is only 4, that has aggression and/or behavioral issues, etc. is not going to be one many people would take on. There are sadly some dogs that cannot be saved, and it's not necessarily cruel to put them down...I have a friend who is a vet and knows far more about dog behavior than most people who put down an Akita she had rescued due to it having unresolvable behavioral issues. She loved that dog, and worked with it for several years but it simply was not safe around other people and dogs, and very unpredictable. Yet I know a lot of people would have felt they could keep an eye on her and would have taken that risk...for her though, she could not bear the thought of her dog possibly seriously injuring someone. It's a tough choice, but sometimes the right one to make. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;160198600;22374440;w Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:253090 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
