Sorry, they call them addicts just like anyone with a dwi is an
alcoholic by their definition. This wasn't detox it would have come
after.

This playgroup was mostly crimes committed under the influence, same
color make up as genpop but more middle class. No possession charges
unless it was a violation of probation or parole. I remember now them
saying it was difficult to get in because everyone wanted out of gen
pop so they claimed the drugs made them do. It so only the ones with
connections are good lawyers that make it in. Dealers went to gen pop.

I knew a lot of local cops and they claim they never bother anyone for
possession unless it's dealer quantity. Nassau County might be
different.

Point is it's still a local issue not federal.
