+1000 Everything Jim said is 100% true. And most definitely take time off of work. I laid in bed for the entire day with an ice pack on the boys and took three extra days off laying around watching TV. Went back to work on day 5 and I was fine, and less than two weeks after the operation I was back in the saddle again. My decision to do this was:
1. I HATE condoms 2. We were done having kids 3. I HATE condoms 4. I did not want to put her through a more painful and invasive procedure 5.
