If someone's using the master cleanse with a primary goal of anything more then Detoxing they will be disappointed when they regain the weight.
Though the couple of folks at the office who did it for 14 days noticed they were able to control their eating better because their body had become accustomed to not having tons of solids. They had originally started the cleanse just to detox the body. Big companies only care about what's going to effect their bottom line. With the trending towards people trying to be more healthy we may one day see it happen but I won't hold my breathe.
