I think VPN passthrough is both ways, you may have to open a port on your
router

Just checked the manual, it allows for VPS passthrough outbound but
does not indicate anything about inbound.

That's what is making this tough - I'm not trying to VPN from my home
network somewhere else, I'm trying to VPN IN to my home network FROM
somewhere else.
