I switched to Ubuntu 7.10 Gutsy Gibbon about a month ago. Almost everything works. Windows MObile 6 is not supported yet, and I haven't bothered figuring out how to sync stuff to my iPod, though I can play stuff that is on my iPod already just fine.
Oh, and FlexBuilder 3 Linux is Alpha 3 - unstable and not feature-complete. I use my laptop for FlexBuilder, although I might install a virtual XP image sooner or later. Other than that, Ubuntu kicks ass. Have you seen Compiz Fusion? Wow. Totally cool desktop effects - some just eye candy, others very useful.
