My beloved C840 Latitude turned 5 years old this year, and after repeated issues with speakers failing, a botched tech support call and a few other minor things, Dell finally replaced the system outright! With the equivalent, but MUCH upgraded D830 Latitude!

The integrated graphics card is not as high as my old one, and they sent the wrong power cord. They should replace the power cord at least, I might be stuck with the graphics though.
