He doesn't have nukes and you can thank Israel and Johnathan Pollard for that. Basically, America knew about an Iraqi nuclear facility 17 years back. They were supposed to tell Israel about it by treaty. They didn't. A Jewish American intelligence agent gave the information to Israel and they used it to bomb the plant, saving countless lives before the gulf war even started. The information also told Israel about the Iraqi chemical weapons programs and they were able to have protection for their citizens. Oh, and the spy who helped Israel out has been branded a traitor to America and is in Jail all this time. More time than ANY spy for any enemy power has ever been.
