I dunno .. they probably think it's worse when an ally spies, or something. It's expected of your enemy, but it's probably taken a little more personaly when a 'friend' doe it. I guess they are making an example of him. I agrre that it might not be fair, but ... Besides, Isreal has been spying on us for a long time .. they still are :)
