If you're interested in Mutual Funds, go Vanguard if you can get in (Not sure if they do individual investors, my corporate 401(k) is managed there, they rock), or USAA if you can get in (Vet or child of a Vet), USAA managed my wife's rollover account and performed better than her 401(k) had.
