I've started a new job where I'm doing programming (disk based in VB.NET, no web based at this moment) and a system support... I've been asked to present two systems to help us immediately:
Client Resource Management system to help sales and support track calls and Ticket Management System to help us (the two IT folk) keep track of requests, problems and errors. I'm trying to find something that is open source / non-cost and something that possibly handles both parts. Suggestions? Thanks!
