Its a private firm it doesn't do government contracting. They are an 
application service provider doing benefits management and absenteeism 
management. 

As for commuting, the VRE is fine, for around $200 for a monthly pass. Then its 
another 70 a month to take the metro from Crystal City. If I take the commuter 
bus and the metro, its around $50 more. Driving from Manassas to Vienna and 
then taking the metro costs a bit less. Although with gas costs that may go up.

The way I feel now I'm going to swallow doing the commute for the 6 months, 
then go for the telecommute. I was reviewing all the pros and cons of my 
current position, and this new job. The real drawback is the commute. and I 
think I can stomach that. 

But the 20% isn't worth my sanity at this point.
