I believe there's degrees of actions, as long as we're not stooping
down to their level then yeah we're above them, we are better than
them. If they acted humane to begin with we wouldn't have had to
resort to such levels to get information from them to help prevent
future acts of inhumanity. By degrees I mean, we're water boarding
these people, we're keeping them up night after night, boohoo, we're
not whacking their heads off, burning them alive, putting them up
against a wall and blowing their brains out or flying a freaking plane
into not 1 but 2 buildings! full of American citizens. We're not
forcing mothers, children, sisters to strap on pounds of bombs and run
into a crowded street or building. Neither one of the countries are
action humane, but we are not stooping down to their level.
If we were doing such atrocities then I'd had a different mindset but
we're above them.
