Think of what you're saying here: you're saying a nation's military
should be free to imprison indefinitely anyone at anytime, based on
their own identification process, and deny due-process as they see
fit.
So you're saying you have no problem with the French Military
abducting your wife from your home ("field of battle") because they've
identified her as Al Quaeda. And you're ok with them imprisioning her
forever in their gulag without process.
Because, hey, you trust the military to identify and charge people.
Or maybe you think Al Quaeda only attacks the US?
