A biological factor is not the same as genetic causation. People with
cerebral palsy are born with the condition, but it is generally caused by
oxygen deprivation, not by a genetic malfunction. 

While this is bad news for people who insist that being gay is a moral
decision, it's not exactly good news for gay people who may not relish the
idea of talking about their orientation in terms of it being a birth defect
akin to cerebral palsy.

unconstitutional.
