Living closer to where I work would double to triple my current house
payment, need 3 BR in Redmond/Bellevue WA area.

Renting would approximately double my domestic outlay, again 3BR in
Redmond/Bellevue WA area.

I live where I live because I can afford to live there. I commute by
bus because I can get to where I need to go.

Gas will not get high enough to make a double house-payment seem
economical, I hope.
