Rich oil producing countries are only rich because other countries are around to buy their oil........this is a fun exercise and has some value, highlighting the dangers of our dependence on foreign oil....but I wonder how many countries would really be willing, or able, to sacrifice 10-25% of their oil profits by refusing to sell to the US for political reasons....?
