My wife and I have been living in these apartments for almost 6 years. I received a letter saying that due to property insurance and other reasons I have 2 options: Sign a 6 month lease for X dollars or sign a 12 month lease for X dollars.. We've been paying month to month for 5 years (I had originally signed a 12 month lease). Can they force us into a new lease? We live in Arkansas and I'm not totally sure of the renters rights, just thought I'd throw this out there while I searched..
