Thanks guys, looks like we're going to have to sign the 6 month
lease.. The main reason I don't want to sign a new lease is because we
may have to move before then. And I'd hate to fault on the lease. As
far as how much it increased, that depends.. I got the letter
yesterday afternoon, too late to contact the office.
If the increase includes pets then it's only $10 for 12 months, $20
for 6 months, however if it doesnt include my pets then it's $45 for
12 months, $55 for 6 months.
