And if you can figure out a way to actually separate out these two groups 
perfectly and effectively when it comes to giving aid, you should run for 
office. 

The fact is, that many of us accept and are willing to deal with the fact that 
some people will get aid that don't deserve it, in order to make sure that 
those that really need it get it. Rather than to just refuse to give it at all. 

The poverty level in this country continues to rise, and more and more 
middle-class families are really struggling, as we see the top 1% get richer 
and richer. So the argument that giving more tax cuts to those at the top will 
"stimulate the economy" is one that is starting to wear thin for many.
