This is local here, so it was covered by local news for days on end during the whole mess, and the impression I got was that the family "fought" the offer, holding out for what they knew would be a bigger one. And they got it, too. I'm certainly not an insider, so I don't know this to be true, but I do know that they changed their tune very, very quickly when the second dollar amount was floated at them, the board (not the shareholders) voting to accept the offer within just a couple of days. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;203748912;27390454;j Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:269924 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
