Yep. That would be the "turned hostile" part mentioned earlier. They filed a
court motion, but that was as far as it got. A-B could have dragged it to
court, and taken a long time to do it. Not the right move, IMO, but they
could have. Instead, they waited out a higher offer--assuming if not
actually knowing one would come-- and jumped on it.
