Not the same thing. Do your customers send you email about business to
your personal account? Do you send them email from your personal
account? Is there a subpoena for that email? Are you responsible to
the public for the way you conduct public business?

Not at all. I am saying that it's the height of irresponsibility to
treat the business of the state of Alaska on the same level as the
jokes your mother sends you. What's next, chatting about awarding
contracts on MySpace? Prosecuting this kid is a separate issue and
doing so will not resolve the matter or make the danger go away. There
will always be hackers. It scares the HELL out of me that she does not
realize this.
