So she declined to name any other Supreme Court Cases then too? Which is VERY odd because in June - 4 months ago - was a HUGE case for Alaska, Exxon vs. Baker. In fact Ms. Palin said at the time: "I am extremely disappointed with today's decision by the U.S. Supreme Court. While the decision brings some degree of closure to Alaskans suffering from 19 years of litigation and delay, the court gutted the jury's decision on punitive damages." Isn't it odd that she would remember that case from just 4 months ago that so affected Alaska??
