I couldn't agree more.

Our relationship with Columbia is written in stone, but both Brazil and 
Bolivia have made friendly noises and gestures towards Chavez, and Cuba 
is still mucking around in S. America.

In Central America I'd like to see us increase our presence around the 
canal zone again.
