The horse is out of the barn, this is just an acknowledgment of reality.

Personally, I'm not keen on more countries getting nukes, but I am far more
comfortable with a democracy having nuclear weapons than a hermit state led
by a half-crazed bug from outer space like Kim Jong Il.
