But it is not something that should be imposed. As for personal responsibility -- that's fine, but many of those who oppose abortion also oppose contraception. This amounts to saying "don't have sex." Also, contraception can and frequently does fail. Once it does, it seems to me that what happens most concerns the mother and father.
