No - it looks like the London Studio (the team that did that demo) is working that into "EyePet" - a virtual Pet simulator that's due out next year (and looks great): http://www.joystiq.com/2008/08/20/playstation-eye-eyepet-who-needs-real-pets / I really wish they'd release the demos "as-is", but that doesn't look that's going to happen.
